Question: Why can I not send transactions?

Answer: Make sure you have enough SOL in your wallet to interact with the platform. You must have SOL in your wallet to cover transaction costs -- without it, you won't be able to interact.

Question: I have a problem clicking on Supply.

Answer: 1.Try to refresh the site.

3.Make sure you have enough SOL in your wallet for the transaction costs.

Question: I have supplied and turned on the collateral button and borrowed BTC. Why can't it be withdrawn?

Answer: 1.Make sure you have enough SOL in your wallet to cover transaction costs.

2.Focus on your withdrawal amount. Do not exceed the withdrawal limit

3.You need to repay your debts before withdrawing your deposit.

Question: I can't supply or borrow anything right now. My transaction fails and my connection with sollet wallet keep breaking

Answer: You need to supply first, then turn on ‘collateral’

Answer: Please check the liquidity of that token, maybe that token lacks liquidity.

Question: How to find more detail about specific tokens?

Answer: On the market page of Project Larix, click "Details" on the right side of tokens.

Question: Why cant I borrow after deposit?

Answer: Please make sure the collateral factor of the deposit has been switched on.

Question: Max button on ’withdraw‘ is gone and I can't use the slide bar anymore.

Answer: Confirm your borrow limit. If your borrow limit utilization rate exceeds 85%, your withdraw will increase the risk of liquidation.

Question: Why can't I turn off the 'Collateral'?

Answer: Before closing the "Collateral", please confirm that your debts have been repaid. If there are still debts,you can't turn off the collateral.

Question: Why can't I 'withdraw' all my deposits?

Answer: You need to repay your debts before withdrawing your deposit.

LARIX Mining

Question: Does borrowing lead to a faster mining rate for LARIX token?

Answer: Yes, Borrowing causes LRX to be mined faster. The mining/token distribution rewards increase with higher platform activity from users. Hence, TVL directly influences the amount of LARIX tokens being distributed to users.

Question: How can users get the highest possible mining rewards?

Answer:

  • The rewards of mining is related to the dynamic utilization rate.

Question: Why is LARIX wallet balance showing 0, I have harvested some tokens.

Answer: 1.Make sure you already click "Harvest" to collect LARIX.

3. Make sure you add token 'Larix' to wallet.

Question: How many LARIX will be released daily?

Answer: We have separated our 5-year plan into 3 phases. We are now in Phase 1, the daily release is 1,095,890 Larix.

Question: how to swap tokens?

Answer: we only have supply and borrow function, if you want to swap tokens, you can go to DEX.

For example: when ‘Utilization Rate= 0%’,the Larix_distribution_for_supplier is 100%,The Larix_distribution_for_borrower is 0%. At this point, if you borrow even 1 USDT (tiny amount) from liquidity pool, you will be awared all the Daily LARIX distribution. For more details about the distribution of LARIX, you can refer to the 'larix token distribution rate model'.
